QWhat is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for irrigation hose?
Our standard MOQ is 1,000 kg per size and color. Mixed orders (e.g. 4500m of 2″ + 3000m of 3″) can be combined to meet the MOQ. Sample orders are accepted before bulk purchase.
QWhat is the difference between Light Duty, Medium Duty, and Heavy Duty layflat hose?
Light Duty (1–3 bar) suits low-pressure field distribution; Medium Duty (3–6 bar) covers most pump discharge applications; Heavy Duty (6–10 bar) handles high-pressure or long-distance water transfer.
QCan I get custom colors for my private label brand?
Yes. We offer custom colors (blue, red, green, black, orange, yellow), custom lengths per roll, and branded packaging with your logo. Minimum order applies for custom color production runs.
QHow long does production and shipping take?
Standard production lead time is 15–25 days after order confirmation and deposit. Shipping from Qingdao port takes approximately 20–35 days to most destinations in Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
QAre your hoses UV resistant for outdoor irrigation use?
Yes. Our PVC layflat hoses use UV-stabilized PVC compound in the outer cover, suitable for prolonged outdoor exposure in tropical and subtropical climates. TPU layflat hoses offer even higher UV and abrasion resistance for mechanized reel applications.
QCan I mix different hose types in the same container?
